Refund Policy

1. General Conditions
1.1. Payments made for services on the website https://takidaki.com are non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 2 of this Policy.
1.2. By making a payment, the User confirms agreement with this Refund Policy and the Terms of Use of the Website.


2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds are possible under the following conditions:

2.1. Service not provided due to platform error
If you paid for a service but did not receive it due to a technical failure or platform downtime caused by Takidaki, you may choose between:

  • receiving an equivalent service free of charge; or
  • requesting a monetary refund (only if you do not intend to use the platform in the future).

2.2. Duplicate payment
If the same service was accidentally paid for more than once, a refund may be issued for the duplicate payment.

2.3. In all other cases, payments are non-refundable.


3. Important Payment Guidelines
We strongly recommend that you carefully review the service selection, platform, payment details, and all relevant information before making any payments.


4. Refund Request Procedure
4.1. A refund request must be submitted on the same calendar day the issue occurred due to technical reasons.
4.2. Refunds will not be processed if the request is submitted after:

  • 10 days from the duplicate payment, or
  • 1 day after the failed service delivery.

4.3. To be eligible for a refund, the user must not have violated the Terms of Use or used the platform for any prohibited activities.


5. Required Information for Refund Request
Your refund request must include the following:

  • I. A link to your Instagram and/or YouTube page where the draw was hosted or scheduled.
  • II. Payment details sufficient to identify the transaction.
  • III. The date and time when the issue occurred.
  • IV. A detailed explanation of the issue.
  • V. Preferred refund method:
    • Free equivalent service in the future; or
    • Monetary refund via original payment method.

6. Review Timeline
All refund requests are reviewed individually and in the order they are received. Processing time: up to 10 business days from the date of request.

The assigned manager will update you on the status of your request. Once approved, the refund itself may take several more days or weeks, depending on banking/payment systems.


7. Right to Decline Refunds
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:

  • The request was submitted after the allowed time frame.
  • No valid reason for refund was provided.
  • The refund method requested does not match the payment method.
  • You have violated the law, our Terms of Use, or misused the platform.

8. Refund Methods
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used. For example, if you paid using a VISA/MASTERCARD card, we will refund to the same card.

Please note: banking or payment system fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Takidaki is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
